Download and install this FTP client:

FileZilla

Once it is installed, here are the configuration parameters to connect to our ftp site.

1. Select File -> Site Manager or click the toolbar button.
2. Click the New Site button.
3. Enter Simmonds Drop.
4. Enter davidsimmonds.dyndns.org as the Host.
5. Enter 21 as the Port.
6. Select FTP as the Servertype.
7. Select Normal as the Logontype.
8. Enter your User and Password.
9. Click the Advanced button.
10. Enter Drop as the Default remote directory.
11. Click the OK button.
12. Click the Save & Exit button.
    
    To connect to the ftp site, click the small arrow that is to the right of the toolbar button. It will display a menu of ftp sites. Select Simmonds Drop.
